  • How often do you update the Spirit Shop?
    We will update the Spirit Shop with new designs, color options, special products, and fund raising efforts throughout the year. Keep an eye on our website for updates!
  • What is the return policy?
    All items in our Spirit Shop are print on demand. The products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don't like the product. Please see the next question for more details on returns.
  • Production issue returns?
    We can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. If issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a store credit. Please contact us for any return issues.
  • Who can I contact regarding an order?
    We're not sure if you know this but we're all volunteers with Triumph FC. With that said, if you have an issue with an order, we ask that you use our Contact form to reach out to us. We will respond as quickly as we can but please be patient.
  • Can I suggest a product or design?
    Abso-Freakin-Loutely! We love it when people share their great ideas! It's what makes volunteer organizations such as our special. If you have a great idea for a new product, product line, design, or just want to give us POSITIVE feedback, simply use our Contact form. We will get back to you as soon as we can!
