Jim grew up playing soccer in New Jersey and in the Chicago area.  He later played club volleyball at SMU.  Before joining Triumph FC, Jim spent 15 years coaching his current 05 girls team and an independent boys team, one-third of whom now play collegiate soccer.  He focuses on honing a player's first touch and developing their soccer IQ.  Jim also conducts skills sessions with multiple high level players, including current college players.  He holds a USSF E coaching license.  Jim has been practicing law in Dallas since 1997.
